Pegalo acquired a vacant air conditioning parts supply warehouse in January of 2000 and within the next year converted the dark and dusty masonry structure into a bright and airy 11,000 Sq. Ft office building that included a residential apartment. The building was fully leased within 90 days and remained 100% occupied from thereon. The property was sold in July of 2015 to one of the tenants, realizing a significant operating and capital gain profit for Pegalo and its partners.
