Sixth + Brushy is a 24 unit four story condo project on the NE corner of East Sixth St. and Brushy St. The first floor holds six commercial condo units and the remaining 18 units are residential. The project was completed in 2006 and is the second condo project to be built in East Austin. The project was 95% pre-sold prior to construction and has displayed increasing value in the resale market. The project is notable for its efficient design, with an extremely low common area factor, low operating expenses and a variety of unit types and size, most incorporating balconies and downtown views.
